New to the dating scene after a 20 year marriage and I've never written a self-summary but here it goes. So I am 53, have a son with whom I love spending time with. Family is and has always been important to me. I am searching for a man with similar interests to enjoy everything life has to offer. Some of my hobbies include gardening, cooking and sewing. I love to entertain friends and family and enjoy throwing parties whenever I am able. I enjoy traveling abroad as well as taking quick road trips to places I've not seen in the US. I'm independent but do enjoy having the closeness and companionship of another. I know there was a question about an ideal date but in my honest opinion, if you are with the right person, any date can be ideal.
